Geraldine Wu

Geraldine Wu has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Geraldine started their career in 2002 as a Writer for infrarouge.nu, where they focused on electronic music recommendations, digital artwork, and short story writing. In 2008, they worked as a CE & CRM Manager (Ops Excellence) for comGateway and Gateway Express Inc.

From 2010 to 2011, Geraldine was a Book Seller at Bookshop. Geraldine then joined comGateway and Gateway Express Inc. again from 2011 to 2016, this time as the Head of Product for various projects, including comGateway, GatewayExpress Inc, HopShopGo with PayPal, and OneNow with VISA.

In 2017, they took on the role of Product Lead (Loyalty & Rewards app & web) at Quantum Interactive Pte Ltd, followed by a position as a Product & UX Manager (Toggle App, TV & Web Platforms) at Mediacorp Pte Ltd, where they drove product strategies and managed the user experience for their Toggle services.

Geraldine's career continued to progress, and in 2019, they became the Head of Customer Experience at SingSaver, where they led a customer experience team, drove product strategy for internal tools, and improved their Google rating. Geraldine then joined Grab later that year as a Lead Product Manager.

In 2020, Geraldine founded Rumine Labs, where they served as the CEO and Founder. Currently, in 2021, they are working as the Lead Product Manager at Lomotif. Overall, Geraldine has gained valuable experience in product management, customer experience, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Geraldine Wu attended General Assembly from 2017 to 2018, where they studied User Experience Design. Geraldine obtained a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly in November 2017. In addition, Geraldine also holds a certification in ISO 9001:2008 QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor from IRCA Global, which they obtained in September 2014.
