Josh Lowe

Josh Lowe is a seasoned service designer currently employed at the London Borough of Camden, where responsibilities include designing and developing inclusive services and policies through multidisciplinary collaboration. Prior to this, Josh operated as a freelance writer, researcher, and content designer, working with social impact organizations such as Change.org and Amnesty International. Additional experience includes serving as a programme manager at The University of Edinburgh focused on child exploitation research, leading content initiatives at Apolitical, and holding various editorial roles at Newsweek and Prospect Magazine. Josh holds a Master’s Degree in Magazine Journalism from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
