Manuj Sharma

Manuj Sharma is a Consultant in Public Health for Children and Young People at the London Borough of Camden, leading the establishment of a new Children and Young People team and developing public health priorities. With experience as an Honorary Clinical Research Associate at UCL, Manuj focuses on cardiovascular risks associated with anti-diabetic drugs and health inequalities in type 2 diabetes. Previous roles include Specialty Registrar in Public Health at the Greater London Authority and NICE, addressing health inequalities, premature mortality in severe mental illness, and developing guidelines for public health assessments. Additionally, Manuj has a strong clinical background as a pharmacist and has completed a PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology along with various degrees in public health and pharmacy.
