Dawn Carter-McDonald

Dawn Carter-McDonald has extensive experience in legal and governance roles within the London Borough of Hackney, serving as Chief Executive and holding various leadership positions since January 2011, including Director of Legal and Governance and Interim Chief Executive. Previously, from January 2002 to October 2021, Dawn led the Children and Community Services Team and was a Law Society Children Panel Member. Dawn holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International and European Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LLB Law degree from London South Bank University.
