Helen Woodland

Helen Woodland has extensive work experience in various roles related to adults, health, and social care. Helen is currently working as the Group Director for Adults, Health, and Integration at the London Borough of Hackney since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Operational Director for Adult Social Care at Brent Council from February 2016 to March 2021. Helen also held positions such as Assistant Director for Strategic Commissioning and Enterprise at Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Joint BCF Lead at Brent CCG/Brent Council, and Interim Head of Adult Services at Southampton City Council. Helen also has consulting experience with firms like PwC Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte. Helen started their career as a Commissioning Officer at Hertfordshire County Council in 2005.

Helen Woodland graduated from the University of Leicester in 2001 with a Master's degree in English Literature.
