Nikki Tysoe

Nikki Tysoe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management and employee experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Talent and Employee Experience at London Business School since March 2020, Nikki focuses on creating an inclusive culture and improving the overall employee experience through initiatives in talent acquisition, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Previous roles include Talent Director, Coach at Yes Futures, Head of Talent and Leadership Development at Dixons Carphone, and Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Which?. Additionally, Nikki has held significant positions at Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Comet, and Kingfisher, showcasing a robust background in leadership development, talent management, and recruitment strategies. Academic qualifications include a PG Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Oxford and additional studies in Retail Management Development and Ancient History.
