Roisin O'Kane

Roisin O'Kane is an accomplished partner and executive coach at Fluid Moves International since March 2011, with a concurrent role as an associate coach in the Executive Education Programme at London Business School. With extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development since 2008 at Innovative HR Solutions, Roisin specializes in mentoring senior managers, performance management, and skills training across various sectors. Roisin's earlier experience includes working as a delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross, a consultant for the International Water Management Institution, and various roles in mental health and disability services, including registered manager and mental health advisor. Education includes a Master's degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University College Dublin, supplemented by courses at the Institute of Group Analysis and Hult International Business School.
