Ian Cowie

Ian Cowie has extensive experience in various roles related to customer operations, strategy implementation, and business growth. Ian recently worked as the Director of Customer Operations at London City Airport. Prior to that, they were the Director at GTR360 Ltd, where they focused on helping airlines and brands improve their profit potential and expand their retail strategies. Ian also served as the Managing Director at Scorpio Worldwide, leading the company through a period of significant growth and development. Before that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Scorpio Distributors Ltd, where they implemented recommendations for the company's partnership. Ian has also held senior positions at Thomson Airways, First Choice Airways, World Duty Free, Tesco PLC, and Sainsbury's, gaining experience in operations, retail, and management.

Ian Cowie attended Borden Grammar School from 1985 to 1989. Ian then went on to study Business Administration, Management and Operations at Canterbury College from 1989 to 1991.
