Stephen Boon

Stephen Boon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, transport, and community services. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for London Councils, Stephen has successfully negotiated significant transport agreements and improved financial efficiencies within various programs. Notably, Stephen reduced unit costs in employment programs and enhanced the audit rating of a £10m grants program. Previously, as a Managing Consultant with the London Pensions Fund Authority, Stephen contributed to infrastructure developments and welfare strategies, successfully securing £32m in financing. Stephen holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and a Master's in Political Science from Lund University.
