Nadia Bob-Thomas

Nadia Bob-Thomas serves as the Head of Belonging, Inclusion and Wellbeing at London Fire Brigade since November 2022, following a role as a National Executive Committee member for The Network - Home Office Black Staff Association. Prior to these positions, experience at Nadia's Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services included serving as the Policy, Equality, Inclusion and Diversity Lead from September 2014 to November 2022, where responsibilities encompassed designing EDI inspection products and managing stakeholder engagement. Previous roles also include Communications Specialist at HM Treasury and HM Land Registry and Operations and Project Manager at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and Home Office. Nadia Bob-Thomas holds a degree in International Relations and Development from the University of Sussex.
