Alice Lim is currently the Head of Corporate Sustainability at the London Metal Exchange since June 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and drive sustainability efforts, including the establishment of net-zero targets. Previously, Alice served as Assistant Vice President and Associate within the CEO Office at the LME and LME Clear, focusing on corporate strategy and sustainable practices such as low carbon derivatives. Prior to joining the London Metal Exchange, Alice worked as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, managing client services in listed derivatives and over-the-counter markets. Alice holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath and completed high school at Guildford High School.
