Gemma Royce has developed a diverse skill set over the course of a progressive career. Currently serving as a Trainee Train Manager at London North Eastern Railway since June 2019, Gemma has excelled in various customer service roles, including completion of an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service Practitioner and experiences as a Customer Experience Host and Platinum Host. Previously, Gemma directed Gemz Dance School from September 2008 to June 2019, specializing in Dance and Yoga as a teacher and choreographer. Prior to this, a role as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society involved managing customer accounts and providing financial advice from June 2005 to July 2008. Additionally, Gemma served as a Personnel Administration Specialist in the Royal Air Force from June 2002 to June 2005, overseeing administrative duties for personnel. Career aspirations include becoming a Train Driver.
