Susanne Thorpe

Susanne Thorpe has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at London North Eastern Railway since July 2019. Prior to this role, Susanne held the position of Employee Relations Manager. Susanne's earlier experience includes working as a People Business Partner at East Coast Mainline Company from January 2008 to March 2015.
