Melissa Jamieson MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Melissa is currently serving as the Interim Director, Small Business Client & Partner Engagement at London & Partners. Prior to this, Melissa founded their own consultancy firm called Grow/able Consultancy in 2020.

From 2021 to 2023, Melissa held the position of CEO at TIMEWISE, where they played a crucial role in transitioning the organization and leading the delivery of its social impact and commercial goals. Melissa also built a strong senior leadership team and expanded the company's B2B consultancy offer.

Before that, Melissa worked as the Managing Director at VCCP Retail from 2016 to 2021, overseeing a team of 80+ professionals and managing client relationships. During their tenure, they focused on driving agency income and margin growth while maintaining exceptional value for clients.

Melissa's experience also includes serving as the Managing Director at WARL Group Ltd, a specialist communications agency. Melissa successfully managed the agency's largest client team and achieved consistent profit growth.

Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of East Anglia, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History of Art & Architecture from 1991 to 1995.
