Nadya Powell is a distinguished founding partner of Utopia, a culture change business focused on fostering thriving individuals and organizations through strategy, capability building, and process redesign. With extensive experience in promoting equity and diversity, Nadya has played a pivotal role in the growth of Utopia and has established partnerships with major companies such as Google and Coca-Cola European Partners. As a committee member with WACL and an advisory board member for the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Nadya actively advocates for inclusion in the workplace and the arts. Previous ventures include co-founding Innovation Social, the Great British Diversity Experiment, and the So White Project, all aimed at enhancing diversity and innovation. Nadya's leadership extends to previous positions as Managing Director at Sunshine and Lost Boys, along with key contributions to initiatives like the BIMA Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Millennial Mentoring. Nadya holds an MSc in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a degree in Modern European History from the University of Warwick.
