Antonio Vilches is a Senior Lecturer in Electronics at London South Bank University, where responsibilities also include serving as Course Director for the MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and as a Senior Lecturer in Electronics and Control since May 2016. Additionally, Antonio has held the position of Lecturer in Design Engineering at Brunel University since September 2010. Prior experience includes a decade at Imperial College London as a Research Fellow and Manager of the EMLAB, where oversight of research on low power microwave devices and supervision of PhD students took place. Earlier, as a Research Assistant at King's College London, investigations were conducted on novel monolithic diode and transistor topologies. Antonio holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Salford.
