Lyn Hamblin

Lyn Hamblin is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Associate Dean (Students) at London South Bank University since October 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing student skills through industry engagement, overseeing graduate outcomes, and managing the Help to Grow program. Previously, Lyn held key roles at Education Placement Group as Southern Regional Director and Associate Director of UK Talent, focusing on the recruitment and placement of education professionals across the Southeast of England. Additionally, Lyn served as Head of UK Talent Acquisition and Head of Operations and Branch at Engage Education, emphasizing partnerships with universities and the development of educational staff. With earlier experience as Operations Manager at ITN Mark Education and a leadership role at St Albans Girls' School, Lyn possesses a strong background in human resource management, complemented by an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University.
