Jonathan Fowler, BEng, MBA, is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational leadership across the aviation, water production, and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at London Stansted Airport since March 2015, Jonathan has overseen a team of 750 Security Officers and managed comprehensive resource planning to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Previously, as Landside Operations Director and Customer Service and Security Director at MAG Airports Group, Jonathan contributed significantly to operational improvements. With a foundation in water production management at Severn Trent Water, which involved overseeing a team of 550 to ensure safe and cost-effective water supply for millions, and a decade-long tenure at Visteon Corporation focusing on product re-engineering and operational efficiencies, Jonathan’s career is marked by a strong commitment to continuous improvement and strategic planning. Academic achievements include an MBA from Henley Business School and a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering, Business and Management from Brunel University London.
