Debra Webster is a seasoned business operations and governance professional with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Governance and Assurance at LSEG since February 2021, Debra has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager for ATS Governance & Operations and Data Governance Manager in Group Risk at the same organization. Prior to LSEG, Debra worked at Refinitiv as Business Operations Manager and Thomson Reuters in similar operations roles for Finance and Risk. Debra’s career also includes a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where positions ranged from Account Business Operations Executive to Account Business Manager, managing high-value contracts and governance operations for major clients.
