Lucas da Silveira

Lucas da Silveira currently serves as the Director of CS Strategy & Experience and Director of Operations for Customer Success in the Americas at LSEG, a role held since January 2021. Prior to LSEG, Lucas was the Director of Operations for Customer Success in the Americas at Refinitiv from October 2018 to January 2021, focusing on strategy development for a data-driven organization. Lucas began his career at Thomson Reuters as a Client Specialist, after participating in the Graduate Leadership Program. Earlier experiences include roles at IGC Partners in M&A, The Kraft Heinz Company as a Working Capital Intern, and Joule Asset Management as a Summer Analyst. Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University.
