Martin Hicks

Martin Hicks, PhD, serves as the Design Research Lead at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Service Designer at GlobalLogic UK&I, Service Design Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, and Senior Service Designer at MoneySuperMarket.com. Hicks has extensive expertise in user experience research and design, having held various positions such as Senior UX Researcher at GfK NOP and UserZoom. Additionally, experience includes being a Partner at UXalliance and a Senior Research Consultant at multiple agencies where research design, project management, and business development were key responsibilities.
