Sean Charlton

Sean Charlton currently serves as the Global Transformation Director at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held various positions at Barclays, including Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of Contact Centres, where responsibilities included leading a global digital and servicing cloud transformation. Sean also served as the Global Head of Contact Centre Technology, focusing on the simplification and consolidation of global technology. Earlier in Sean's career, roles included Chief Operating Officer at Barclaycard Payments, Global Operations Director at Fujitsu Services, and a position within Global Markets IT at ABN AMRO. Sean's educational background features a Diploma of Education in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in English & Industrial Psychology from the University of Greenwich.
