Simran Ghai

Simran Ghai currently serves as the Group Director of People at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2021, previously holding the title of People Director at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, from April 2020 to January 2021. Simran has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as the Global Head of Business Partnering at YouGov, where a people strategy was developed to facilitate a transition to global business lines. Prior roles include Global HR Business Partner at NICE Actimize, contributing to strategic business partnering with senior executives, and HR Business Partner at Agilisys, achieving notable improvements in employee satisfaction and turnover. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Serco, implementing key succession planning initiatives. Simran began the HR career at dixons and Tie Rack while obtaining a PgDip/MA in Human Resource Management and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from Kingston University.
