Tamara J. Dews

Tamara J. Dews, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Business Management in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2021, where involvement includes co-leading the Black Employee Inspired Network Group and the Business Development Committee of the Women Initiative Network. Tamara also holds a long-term position at The Alumnae Association of Mount Holyoke College, contributing as a Board member and co-president of the Class of 2006. Previous roles include executive committee and board member at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow, with leadership positions in several organizations including Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, where accomplishments include multiple awards and recognitions. Tamara's educational background includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College.
