Danyanne Q.

Danyanne Q. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Danyanne is currently the Director of Finance, People and Performance at Kinship, where they support kinship carers and connects them through a national community and support network. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance & Resources at London Youth, where they oversaw financial management and resource allocation. Danyanne also served as the Interim Finance & Resources Director, Company Secretary at The Springboard Charity & Springboard UK, supporting disadvantaged individuals in achieving sustainable employment within hospitality, leisure, and tourism. Danyanne's experience also includes being the Director of Finance & Resources, Company Secretary at Sands (Stillbirth and neonatal death charity), the Business & Resources Manager, Company Secretary at the Centre for Effective Services, and the Board and Programme Manager at EQUAL/ESF: LIFT Leadership Initiative. Danyanne began their career as a Senior Staff Officer Organisational Development at the Irish Youth Justice Services Board and a Business Banking Officer at AIB.

Danyanne Q. completed a Bachelor of Business Studies degree at University College Dublin from 1999 to 2003. Danyanne then pursued a Professional Diploma in Employment Law at University College Dublin from 2006 to 2007. Next, they obtained a Master of Science in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University from 2010 to 2013. Danyanne also earned a CPA Ireland Professional Accountancy Qualification from CPA Ireland from 2014 to 2017.
