Ben Kelso has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Ben is currently serving as the Head of Transition at LondonEnergy, where they lead the transition of facilities under the North London Heat & Power Project. Ben also oversees the organizational approach to projects and change. Prior to this, Ben worked at the UK Home Office as a member of the Migration & Borders team, focusing on performance, risk, insight, and assurance. Ben has also held the position of Head of Transformation at the British Transport Police. Before joining LondonEnergy, Ben spent a significant portion of their career at the UK Home Office, holding various roles such as Director of Strategy & Planning, Director, and Deputy Director in the field of immigration enforcement. Ben has also worked as a Partnership Development Officer at the UK Ministry of Justice, as well as a Benefits Realisation Officer and Senior Caseworker at The Home Office.

Ben Kelso attended the University of Derby from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
