Maria Wood

Maria Wood has a diverse range of work experience. Maria currently works at Lone Beacon as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, where they manage a team and is responsible for developing client relationships. Maria also handles over 15 national account marketing strategies and has successfully negotiated contract renewals.

Prior to Lone Beacon, Maria worked at Bozzuto as a Sales and Marketing Associate, where they managed the leasing process for a luxury building and significantly increased occupancy rates. Maria also had an internship at Bozzuto earlier in their career.

Maria has also gained experience in market research through a case study role at The University of Alabama and participated in a marketing program at Future Housing Leaders. Additionally, they have held positions as a Waitstaff member at Shanty on the Shore and as a Sports Marketing Intern at the University of Vermont.

Maria Wood obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, with a minor in Computing Tech & Applications, from The University of Alabama. Maria attended the university from 2017 to 2021. Subsequently, Maria pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama and completed it in 2021.
