Dev Kapadia

Dev Kapadia has extensive experience in corporate equity and investment management, currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of North America Corporate Equity at Lone Star Funds since July 2022. Prior to this role, Dev Kapadia was a Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. from September 2003 to December 2021. Dev Kapadia also held the position of Principal and Vice President at The Carlyle Group between 1996 and 2003, and began a career in finance as an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1994 to 1996. Educationally, Dev Kapadia earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BS in Engineering from the School of Engineering, Finance, and Systems Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1994.
