Steve Medina

Steve Medina is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and assurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager, FP&A and Controller at PitchBook Data since August 2019, Steve leads accounting and reporting activities while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Senior Manager at EY from January 2010 to August 2019, managing global audits for public entities and leading the Latino Professional Network in Seattle. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as an External Reporting Analyst at Symetra, where responsibilities included SEC filings and technical accounting issues. Steve began the career as an Accountant at Seattle University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Seattle University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Olympic College.
