Tamara Soto

Tamara Soto is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance at Lone Star Funds since April 2019. Prior to that, Tamara worked as a Corporate/M&A lawyer at act DA Lawyers from February 2017 to April 2019. Tamara also has experience as a Corporate Lawyer at J.Almoguera y Asociados from October 2014 to January 2017. Tamara started their career as an Opositora at Registradores de la Propiedad y Mercantiles de España from October 2009 to September 2014. Tamara holds a Doble Licenciatura en Derecho y Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and also completed preparatory studies for Oposiciones Registros de la propiedad y Mercantiles de España from 2009 to 2013. Tamara completed their Bachillerato at St.Michael´s School Madrid.
