Ashton Lynne Rondon, PMP, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Community Director at the Loneliness Institute since May 2023, where the focus is on addressing the loneliness epidemic through collaboration among researchers and innovators. Loneliness is not our natural state – we are a tribal people. We know what’s causing this. It’s the breaking apart of social institutions and organizations. The retreat into online worlds. The lack of in-person interaction. The end of activities that brought us together in ways small and large. Now we need to figure out how to fix it – so we can come together and fulfill our greater purpose as a connected humanity. It’s bigger than loneliness. Loneliness makes every other problem deeper, makes every journey longer, every victory harder. Illness, political division — and the failure to achieve our full potential as a society. Work with us to win this. When you win against loneliness, you help in so many other meaningful ways. Our Mission: Find and share the best solutions to loneliness. Lots of people are studying the problem, but often in isolation. Lots of people are working on solutions, but not necessarily with the goal or expertise to help the best solutions achieve mass scale. This is where lots of people are coming together to make this important work have an impact on a global scale.
