Scott Francis

Scott Francis has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Scott started their career as a Project Engineer at Meurer & Associates in 1998 and then transitioned to the role of a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the United States Navy in 2000. After leaving the Navy in 2005, they joined WSCI as a Project Engineer. In 2008, Scott joined Long International as a Vice President, where they provided CPM schedule development and assurance services, cost estimating, and claims analysis services on projects for both owners and contractors. Scott also served as a Schedule Delay Analyst and CPM Scheduler at 07 Consulting, Inc. from 2008 until 2021.

Scott Francis graduated from Colorado State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
