Erica Toretta

Erica Toretta's work experience includes the following roles:

- Director of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Partnerships at Long Island University (since July 2018).

- Associate Director, Undergraduate Operations, School of Business at Mercy College (from July 2016 to July 2018). In this role, they organized Open Houses, improved program-wide engagement, and achieved a 90% freshmen retention rate.

- Assistant to the Dean, School of Business at Mercy College (from July 2013 to June 2016). Erica managed the operating budget, improved adherence to purchasing policies and procedures, and ensured compliance with contract deadlines.
