Jason started their career as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance, where they excelled in loan prospecting, financial review, and collections. Jason then moved on to Oklahoma Employees Credit Union, where they served as the Director of the ATM Zone, managing the operations and finances of over 100 ATM machines. During this time, they also worked as an underwriter for the consumer mortgage department. Jason then joined Sonic Industries as a Credit Manager, overseeing a cashless acceptance program and managing the financial review process for potential franchisees. After that, they worked at the Office of Natural Resource Revenue as an Auditor, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate payment of royalties for oil and gas produced on federal and Indian lands. Currently, Jason is the Chief Operating Officer at Long Term Care Specialists, where they are responsible for managing daily business operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and identifying growth opportunities.
