Kelsey Adler, MBA

Kelsey Adler, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles within the US Navy and at Long Wave Inc. Kelsey is currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Long Wave Inc., where they oversee programs for NC3 mission trainers for the US Navy and US Air Force aircraft.

Prior to their current role, Kelsey worked in the US Navy in multiple positions. Kelsey served as a Flag Aide to the Commander of the US SEVENTH Fleet, where they were responsible for planning and executing daily and long-range schedules. Kelsey also worked as an Operations Officer, E-6B FRS Instructor Pilot, E-6B Pilot, NATOPS Instructor, VQ-3, F/A-18C Pilot, and a Student Naval Aviator. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Assistant.

Kelsey Adler, MBA, pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2020 to 2021 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During this time, they focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their MBA, Kelsey completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, from 2008 to 2012.
