Neal Arnold

Neal Arnold has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked at Anautics, Inc. as a Software Engineer II and later became the Director of Software Services and Operations. In 2007, they joined CGI as a Technical Team Lead. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at ExecuTime Software as a Senior Application Developer. Neal then moved on to Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they worked as a Software Engineer III from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Long Wave Inc. and held multiple roles, including Software Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and Director of Programs and Engineering. In 2019, they worked at Boeing as a Manager of Software Engineering. Neal later worked at Delaware Resource Group as a Deputy Program Manager and Manager of Distance Learning. In 2021, they joined Tetra Tech as the Director of Development and Operations. Currently, they are working at Long Wave Inc. as a Program Manager. Neal also has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Oklahoma City Community College since 2014.

Neal Arnold obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from East Central University from 1999 to 2003. Neal then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Oklahoma Christian University from 2012 to 2013.
