Kristina Lemasson

Kristina Lemasson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristina currently works at Longbow Advantage as a Product Development Manager and previously held the role of UI/UX Design Lead at the company. Prior to that, they worked at Finalsite as the Manager of Product Design & UX, where they were responsible for the UX research, design, and UI development of the company's flagship software application. At TicketNetwork, Kristina served as the Director of User Experience, where they pioneered user-centered design efforts and founded a team of UX designers and UI developers. Kristina also held roles as a UI Developer and UI Designer at the same company, where they translated requirements into intuitive UI designs and front-end code. Additionally, Kristina has worked as a Freelance Photographer and as a Freelance UX Consultant, UI Designer, and Developer. Kristina has experience in brand identity design, print design, and event photography. Kristina also worked at Government Street Baptist Church as a Lead Designer, responsible for various design projects, and at Abeka as a Production Artist, producing illustrations for educational materials and overseeing print production.

Kristina Lemasson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design & Commercial Art from Pensacola Christian College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira" and "Jira Fundamentals" from Atlassian in December 2022. Kristina also holds a membership certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation, which was obtained in September 2020.
