Mélanie Lamirande

Mélanie Lamirande has over 20 years of work experience. Mélanie began their career in 2000 as the Human Resources Director and Executive Assistant for LE GROUPE INFORMATIQUE MEI INC. In 2005, they moved to Powertech Canada Inc. where they were the Administration & HR. From 2008 to 2021, they worked for Advantage Sport in two roles: Sports Surfacing Consultant and HR & Administration Manager. In 2021, they joined Bassé Nuts as the Strategic Talent Leader / Human Resources Director. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director for Longbow Advantage.

Mélanie Lamirande began their educational journey at Collège de Rosemont, where they studied Social Sciences. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from TELUQ - Université du Québec à Montréal. Mélanie then completed four courses with CRHA - Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, including La gestion du changement, comment faire adhérer le personnel, Intégrer un nouvel employé: comment se distinguer, and Lois en GRH : tout ce que vous devez savoir pour mieux gérer du personnel. Finally, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Université TÉLUQ in 2019.
