Richard M. Ripard, PMP

Richard M. Ripard, PMP has over 30 years of experience in the project management field. In 2020, they joined Longbow Advantage as the Director of Project Management. From 2014 to 2020, they held the same role at MAM Software (US), where they were responsible for leading the design and implementation of VAST Online Point-of-sale and Business Management Software for MAM’s largest customers. From 2007 to 2014, they served as a Senior Project Manager for JDA Software, where they were in charge of the planning, execution, control, and implementation of JDA Workforce Management and JDA Commerce Suite of applications. From 1989 to 2007, they were a Senior Project Manager at Ford Motor Company, where they oversaw the delivery of production support for eight product development applications.

Richard M. Ripard, PMP completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computer Systems from Eastern Michigan University between 1987 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business from Schoolcraft College between 1985 and 1987. Richard M. also attended the University of Michigan but did not obtain a degree. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Richard M. also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Ford Motor Company.
