Toby Adair

Toby Adair PMP has a strong background in project management, particularly in the nuclear industry. Toby has held various positions in different companies throughout their career.

In 2006, Toby worked as a Construction Superintendent at Tetra Tech EC, Inc., where they collaborated closely with AFCEEs QA/QC personnel to meet quality objectives and assisted in the development of bid solicitations and requests for proposals.

Starting in 2009, Toby joined CH2M Hanford Site as a Plutonium Finishing Plant Demolition Superintendent, responsible for preparing facilities for demolition and implementing removal processes. Toby also served as a Nuclear Demolition Supervisor at CH2M HILL during this time, ensuring the timely execution of field schedules and managing the removal of legacy plutonium gloveboxes and support systems.

From 2009 to 2013, Toby worked as a Nuclear Demolition Manager at Babcock Services Inc., where they developed field execution schedules, managed a multidisciplinary team, and initiated the deactivation and material removal process in the plutonium finishing plant.

In 2017, Toby joined Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, where they worked on deactivation projects until 2021.

Most recently, Toby started working at Longenecker & Associates in 2021 as a Project Director for Los Alamos National Labs.

Throughout their career, Toby has consistently demonstrated their expertise in project management, particularly in the demolition and deactivation of nuclear facilities. Toby has successfully led teams, ensured compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and achieved project milestones.

Toby Adair PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, which was completed between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, Toby obtained two Associate's degrees in Pre-Engineering from Columbia Basin College, completed in the period from 1989 to 2001.
