Michelle Kelly-Daum

Michelle Kelly-Daum is currently serving as the Market Director of Clinical Services at Longevity Health Plan. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions at Optum, where Michelle worked as a Clinical Service Manager and a CNP. Michelle also has experience as a Nurse Practitioner at GREAT LAKES PHYSICIANS LLC, providing primary care in long term care and post-acute care settings. Michelle began their career at University Hospitals as a Nurse Practitioner and also worked as an RN on the tele unit. Michelle earned their Masters in Nursing with a focus on Adult Health Nurse/Nursing from The Ohio State University.
