Haley Trainor

Haley Trainor, CFA has a diverse range of work experience. Haley is currently working as the Director of Portfolio Management at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Portfolio Management at the same company.

Before joining Longfellow Real Estate Partners, LLC, Haley worked at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, where they held various roles in the Real Estate department. Haley was involved in direct investments and also worked in general real estate.

Haley also gained experience at Apollo Global Management LLC, where they were a Secondee in the Real Estate division for a brief period. Earlier in their career, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as an Institutional Sales and Advisory Analyst. Haley also held the position of Asset Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase.

Haley began their professional journey as a Summer Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Overall, they have a strong background in real estate investment and portfolio management.

Haley Trainor, CFA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Learning and Organizational Change, and Business from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Eureka High School between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Haley Trainor also holds certifications as a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute and has obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA.
