Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson is currently the Owner/Provider at Mended Mental Health, LLC, and also works as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Longleaf Hospital. Prior to these roles, Sarah gained experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and as an RN at Professional Home Health. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Northwestern State University.
