Daniel R. Frank

Daniel R. Frank is a Managing Director for Longpoint Realty Partners focused on acquisitions for New York/New Jersey and real estate operations for the North East and Mid Atlantic regions.

Mr. Frank has more than 30 years of real estate management experience. Prior to joining Longpoint, he was a Principal with Avison Young, where he was responsible for overseeing business development for the firm’s asset and property management business in the New York, New Jersey and suburban Tri-State markets, as well as spearheading the growth of Avison Young’s regional real estate development services on behalf of institutional owners, including site selection, property acquisition, entitlements, and construction and disposition services.

Prior to Avison Young, Mr. Frank was President of Kwartler Associates (which was acquired by Avison Young) for 23 years and responsible for spearheading all facets of the company, including deal sourcing specific to acquisitions, asset/property and construction management, and business development initiatives such as sourcing, procuring and executing due diligence on real estate investments in consideration of Kwartler assets and institutional-level investors’ strategies and objectives.

Mr. Frank earned his BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University and majored in Business Administration. He is a member of IOREBA, NAIOP and a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.
