Helen Marks

Helen Marks joined the Longpoint Property Group accounting team in April 2019. She most recently spent 2 years at Adler Real Estate Partners where she was member of the accounting team servicing properties in North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Helen managed day-to-day operation on a portfolio of assets including 1,950,000 square feet and 250 tenants.

Helen is a commercial real estate veteran bringing a total of 30 years’ experience with day-to-day operations and tenant relations as well as full cycle accounting; specializing in general ledger, CAM reconciliations, excel spreadsheets and accounting system conversions. Prior to joining Longpoint, Helen worked for companies such as Adler Real Estate Partners, Pointe Group/Colliers International, Harbour Realty Advisors and The Related Group.
