Ilona Ozem

Ilona Ozem joined the Longpoint Property Group accounting team in September 2021. She is responsible for a full cycle accounting that includes a variety of accounting operations and tenant relationships. Ms. Ozem’s expertise includes preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, payroll management, treasury and day-to-day cash management, and oversight of external audits and tax preparation.

Prior to joining Longpoint Property Group, Ms. Ozem served as a Senior Accountant with Fifteen Group, a real estate focused private investment firm that concentrates primarily on the multifamily sector. Prior to Fifteen Group, she worked for Miami-Beach-based real estate brokerage and property management firm Sator Realty [in what role?]. Ms. Ozem began her career as a Staff Accountant at the Gulfsteam Group, a private equity investment company located in Coral Gables, Florida.

Ms. Ozem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Florida International University and is a licensed Florida CAM and real estate agent.
