Zach J. Zanolli

Zach Zanolli is a Managing Director at Longpoint, responsible for investments in the Western region.

Prior to joining Longpoint, Mr. Zanolli was a Director at Equity Group Investments (EGI), the private investment firm of Sam Zell. While at EGI, he sourced and evaluated new investment opportunities and managed the company’s diverse portfolio of real estate assets. He also served on the boards of Cross Border Xpress, a bi-national airport terminal that connects San Diego directly to the Tijuana Airport, S.A.L. Real Estate, an international investment and management company, and LPC Conservation LLC, a land conservation bank.

In the years immediately prior to joining EGI, Mr. Zanolli worked at Equity Commonwealth (NYSE: EQC) as a Senior Associate of Investments and Asset Management, where he oversaw a 4 million square foot national portfolio of assets, executed nearly $1 billion in dispositions, and underwrote acquisition opportunities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zanolli was a Senior Associate at CBRE, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA, focused on industrial properties in Southern California.

Mr. Zanolli earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
