Daniela Voskion

Daniela Voskion has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daniela is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist at Longroad Energy since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Allegiant as a Compensation and Immigration Specialist from August 2022 to September 2022, and as a Total Rewards Intern from February 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining Allegiant, Daniela worked at STAR of CA as a Behavioral Therapist from September 2015 to January 2018. Daniela also has a background in operations management, as they worked at Red Lobster as a General Manager of Operations from February 2015 to September 2015, and as a Staffing Manager/Training Manager from January 2009 to February 2015.

Daniela Voskion completed their Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, which they attended from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Daniela Voskion has obtained several certifications. In January and February 2022, they completed certifications in Compensation and Benefits, HR Recruiting Communication Strategies to Attract and Retain Top Talent, HR and Digital Transformation, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter, and Inclusive Leadership, all from LinkedIn.
