Carolyn Lippincott has extensive experience in both horticulture and human services. Since August 2010, Carolyn has been conducting research in the horticulture department at Longwood Gardens, while also volunteering for the "Living Wall" initiative. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Resources for Human Development from November 2003 to March 2007, where responsibilities encompassed management, corporate compliance, staff training, and overseeing operations. In 2002, Carolyn worked as a Clinical Supervisor at New Morgan Academy, supervising staff and providing both group and individual therapy. Carolyn holds a Master's degree in Social Policy and Program Development from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dickinson College.
