Rebecca Herget

Rebecca Herget is an experienced executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Global Head of Program Management for the Mammalian Business Unit at Lonza since November 2017. Rebecca has held various leadership roles at Lonza, including oversight of the Biologics Division and supply chain management. Prior to Lonza, Rebecca was Associate Director of Operations Strategy at Shire and Senior Manager of Operations Strategy at Baxalta. Rebecca's career at Baxter spanned over a decade, where positions included Chief of Staff and various project management roles. Early in Rebecca's career, experience included roles at MeadWestvaco and the Cancer Research Campaign. Rebecca holds dual MBA degrees from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath.
